Jenifer Master Stylist, Artistic Director A native of Butte, Montana and a 1998 graduate of Butte Academy of Beauty Culture, Jenifer moved to Coeur d'Alene in December 2001 and joined the Fratelli family in August 2002. She has received extensive education in all aspects of Aveda both locally and at the New York City and Denver Aveda Academies. She has trained with Vivian McKender, Oscar Bond, as well as Aveda trainers Jon Reyman, Lupe Voss, Gerard Scarpaci, world renowned colorist, David Adams, and Aveda make up artist, Rudy Miles. Jenifer is the trend leader, color specialist, salon trainer, and one of the bridal experts, her work has even been featured in several bridal magazines. Jenifer considers herself a "day-maker" because she gets to make someone's day, everyday! She takes pride in building her guest's confidence, especially when they may be afraid of trying something new.

Rita Master Stylist Originally from the bay area, Rita has been calling north Idaho her home since 1999. She completed her education in Union Square, San Francisco and established her career as a stylist by working in television doing hair for commercials and movies. Rita began at Fratelli in the fall of 2001 and her previous experience as a corporate haircutting trainer has lead her to become an expert in precision cutting. Some of her advanced training includes hands-on with Oscar Bond, Vivian McKender, and Mathew Slater. Rita has also attended Aveda training both locally and at the Academy in Denver. Rita loves helping her guests find a fun style that works best for their lifestyle yet is still natural and age appropriate.

Gail Master Stylist As a graduate of Wilfred Academy School of Hair Design in New Jersey, Gail joined the Fratelli family in July 2001 as one of the original team members. Before settling in Coeur d'Alene in 1995, Gail lived and worked in New Jersey, Vermont, and Colorado. Her advanced training and education includes cutting and coloring classes with Vivian McKender, Oscar Bond, and Mathew Slater, as well as several other highlighting, color, and product knowledge classes. Gail specializes in precision cutting, coloring and highlighting. She takes pride in the finished product, helping her guests achieve their best look.

Lynn Master Stylist Lynn joined the Fratelli family in April 2006 as our very first studio stylist. She was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and moved to Coeur d'Alene in August 2004. Lynn has a B.A. in Business and Marketing from Western State College of Colorado and is a 2006 graduate of Burton Academy of Beauty Culture & Hair Design. She has received extensive Aveda training including advanced color placement with David Adams, color systems and solutions, reds and blondes, deep color, customized color, and has attended both Master Jam 2007 and Fall Trends 2006 & 2007. Lynn is a color specialist and loves helping her guests achieve fun, new looks.

Stephanie Master Stylist, Trends Specialist As a 2005 graduate of the Burton Academy of Beauty Culture & Hair Design, Stephanie joined the Fratelli family in August 2006 as a studio stylist. Since completing the advanced studio training program in 2007, Stephanie has become one of the salon's trend specialists as well as a bridal expert. Along with her local education, she has attended classes in Seattle, Montana, and at the Aveda Academy in Denver. Stephanie has received hands-on training from Mathew Slater in precision cutting and has attended several other advanced classes in highlighting, color, product knowledge, Aveda skin care, and makeup. Stephanie is a Coeur d'Alene native.

Courtney Master Stylist, Trends Specialist Joining the Fratelli family in December 2007, Courtney is now a salon trends specialist with expertise in coloring. Originally from Sandpoint, she is a 2007 graduate of Headmasters School of Hair Design. Courtney has completed her training in all aspects of Aveda coloring and cutting, as well as advanced training in deep color, reds & blondes, and Aveda aromatherapy.

Sara Master Stylist Originally from California, Sara moved to North Idaho when she was five years old. She began her training at Glen Dow Academy of Hair Design in Spokane, Washington in March 2008 and graduated in March 2009. Sara joined the Fratelli family in April 2009 as a new stylist. She has received training by Gary Gerard for haircutting and has taken a variety of color placement classes. November of 2009 Sara attended Aveda's Customized Color Solutions class in Seattle. Sara's favorite part of being a stylist is haircutting and styling, she especially loves new and trendy looks.

Courtney T. Master Stylist Courtney began her career at the Aveda Institute in Denver and after graduation in April 2007, immediately entered the Academy's Pure Talent program. During her eight months in the program she attended several classes for color and cutting, Aveda collections, and business development. Before graduating in January 2008, Courtney worked on photo shoots and fashion shows, was accepted into Aveda's Future Professionals and even participated in Denver's community service clean-up for earth month. Courtney came to Fratelli in the summer of 2009 as a master stylist and has since completed additional training in Seattle for an Aveda's Customized Color Solutions class. Colors, cuts and make-up are among Courtney's favorites of the beauty industry, but she really takes pride in the "12 Points of Difference" ensuring each of her guests receives an outstanding experience.
