Unlike other salons, we practice the highest form of team service. This means that the skills of our entire salon are available to you. We don't lock you into one stylist. We don't keep you on a waiting list. Meeting your salon service and busy schedule is our top priority. Not every stylist or technician is a master of all skills. Each has an area of expertise that, in combination, offer you a pallette of personal image-enhancement options that is truly unrivaled.

To ensure consistent service, quality and technical skill, each staff member completes our in-salon skill certification program. This means you can always have confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you are in the talented hands of a skill-certified team member. Spa Etiquette

Children: Thank you for preserving the experience of all our guests by arranging for child care before visting our salon. Your children are welcome when they themselves are receiving services.

Cell Phones: Thank you for silencing your cell phones. Turning you ringer off will help your service provider be on time for her next guest and allow you to better communicate your needs. Remember you are here to relax!

Cancellation Policy
 To better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments to avoid charges. Spa packages, wedding day services, and special events must be guaranteed by a credit card.

We will confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance, either by phone or email.
