In the
Fall of 2000 sisters Kelli Cordon and Anna Jessick attended an inspirational class presented by Steven Brooks, owner of Diva
Salon in Las Vegas. Steven spoke about the challenges our industry was facing as a result of the booth rentals trend
among stylists. It had become standard practice among salon professionals to put the guest's
needs last and provide substandard service in an unprofessional setting. Anna and Kelli both realized that
by owning a lease salon themselves, they were contributing to the declining quality of service and lack of professionalism. The
sisters were then inspired to open the only independently owned, employee based salon in the Coeur d'Alene area
in the summer of 2001!

Anna Co-Owner,
Director of Education
Anna has been
a stylist in Coeur d'Alene for over 20 years. As a native of North Idaho, she is excited to bring a salon of this
caliber to her hometown. She credits her extensive knowledge of the industry to her constant involvement in education.
Her training includes graduation from the Nicolas Hair-Cutting Academy for Advanced Stylists and most recently hands-on
training with Vivian McKender and Oscar Bond. Prior to co-owning her own salon, Anna was a regional educator for
the Redken Corporation. She has also attended the Dermal Institute in Los Angeles and received a certificate for the successful
completion of the European Facial course. Her enthusiasm for hairdressing comes from her continual quest for education. As
the salon's Director of Education, Anna has the opportunity to share her education with other members of the Fratelli
